The Proficiency Exam will be held on 15–16 September 2025 in the following exam halls located on the 2nd floor: DA301, DA302, DA306, DA307, and DA308. Students may attend the written session in any of these halls.

On 15 September 2025, the written exam will take place between 10:00–12:00. Students who do not attend the written session will not be admitted to the oral session. According to the lists announced on the same day, the oral exam will begin at 14:00 in the designated halls and continue until 17:00. The oral exam will also continue on the following day, 16 September 2025, starting at 09:00 and running until 17:00, based on the announced lists.

Students are required to bring their ID cards and student cards with them on the exam day.

The listening section of the written exam will begin 10 minutes after the exam starts. During this period (10:10–10:25), entering or leaving the exam halls will not be permitted.
